Usage Instructions:
General Pool Tips (For a 50,000-litre pool):
- Monthly Prevention: Backwash and rinse the filter. Adjust pH to between 7.2-7.4. While the filter is running, pour STA BLUE around the pool’s edge or into the weir. Combine with regular monthly chlorine dosing (using ULTRA CHLOR/ULTRA SWIM/HTH) and weekly shock treatments (SUDDEN SHOCK or BIOGUARD LITE).
- Severe Algae Treatment: Brush areas infested with algae. Adjust pH to 7.2-7.4 and shock dose with an appropriate treatment and GREEN OUT algaecide. For extremely severe algae, use a shock treatment combined with BLACK OUT algaecide. Run the pump and filter for 3-4 hours, then add 2 liters of STA BLUE to the weir and operate the filter overnight. Use SUPER SHEEN sachets regularly to enhance effectiveness.
Direct Application:

- Brush pool walls to remove any debris.
- Ensure the pH level is between 7.4 – 7.6.
- Add 400ml per 10,000 liters of pool water.
- Apply directly to the pool while the pump is in operation.
- For optimal results, reapply every 4-5 weeks.
